Victory Partners is a full-service investment bank that was founded in 2008 in Dallas, Texas. The founding partner’s extensive background in private equity, investment banking, and corporate finance helped the firm achieve early success working with and helping wealthy families, high net worth individuals, and family office platforms sell, turnaround, and grow companies. Victory Partners soon became a leading middle market investment bank that delivered the maximum value with a commitment to providing clients with the highest level of attention and sophistication, independent and objective advice, and creative solutions in challenging environments. We were able to take on highly specialized companies that others have shied away from and turned them around into successful businesses. We have worked extensively with owner-operator bankable companies with a generalist industry focus including software, consumer financial services, B2B services, consumer brands, healthcare, manufacturers, distributors, specialty retail, and technology. Our success in the Dallas market led to an expansion into Baltimore, Maryland, Asheville, North Carolina, and Palm Beach, Florida. An underserved and fast-growing market led to the relocation of our headquarters to Charlotte, North Carolina in mid 2022. We quickly found our footing in Charlotte and have continued to seize opportunities in this expanding market.
